Year 2 were invited to a Mult skills event hosted by Mr Baulk.
He set up various activities around the field to practice different skills. We practiced relay racing, dribbling and throwing to name a few. It was lots of fun and now we are feeling Sports Day Ready!
The end of the half term saw our annual International Day event!
This year we learnt all about Brazil in South America. Did you know that the largest rainforest in the World is located in Brazil! We also learnt how to Salsa dance which originates from Cuba, we found that so fast and tricky but we all gave it a go.
We also had some different foods to try from all over the world. We tried some Mexican nacho chips with sour cream, guacamole and salsa and we even tried some Edam cheese from the Netherlands!
We thoroughly enjoyed finding out about different countries.
