In science, the children have learned about the importance of keeping our teeth clean and healthy. To help us understand the damage that can be done, we carried out an investigation into the effects of different liquids on egg shells (not too different to human tooth structure). Here are the results after 1 week.
The children had a visit from a Hertfordshire County Council advisor on recycling. We followed this up in class by discussing the environmental impact different resources can have.
