    Welcome to year 3!
The children have settled into their new classes and are working hard.

As part of our topic, ‘The Stone Age’ we have talked about how people lived in the Stone Age and what kind of things they made from stones. We have been creating our own stones and teeth from clay, ready to thread onto a string to make our own Stone Age inspired necklaces.

We have been ‘hunter-gatherers’ looking for assets in our Forest School such as berries and wood for fire.
We have also made Stone Age jewellery and had a go at our own cave paintings!
We have also been fortunate to have Matt come in and teach us tennis and Mr. Hillier has been teaching us guitar.
