The Year 4 children were very fortunate this half term to have an outside agency come in and do orienteering with them.
They looked at maps and measured out 10m with pacing. They were shown how to find little green and yellow flags by reading the map of our school. Next they set off searching for them.
Some of the pairs of children found all the flags. Well done to them!
We also had Miriam from Stage Coach come in and do a drama session with our whole school.
The Year 4 children had such fun playing the games and doing the mimes. A big thank you to Miriam who led it. They were all given lovely pencil cases and stationery afterwards!
