Before your son or daughter starts school or nursery we ask that you complete the ‘Online Pupil Data Collection Form’ please follow the link at the bottom of the page. Before completing the form please ensure you have read all the information documents below carefully.
For nursery parents and carers only, the Parent Declaration below must also be completed and returned to the school office as soon as possible please.
