This half term in year 3 we have been learning all about the Anglo-Saxons. We have been learning all about why they came to Britain and what their life was like here. Last week, we had a look at what foods are served at a typical Anglo-Saxon feast and then had a go at making our own bread!
We have also been learning about plants for our science topic. To understand the function of the leaves, we have been observing two different plants as they grow, one with leaves and one without leaves. We will look at them again after half term to write our conclusion.
