Year 4 have been working a lot with pottery this term. We studied the work of contemporary artist Kimiyo Mishima whose work focuses on waste and recycling.
We then had a visit from a potter who helped teach both children and teachers some new techniques that we then used to make our interpretations of Ancient Greek pots.
We held our own Olympic event. Here are our winners in the categories of: standing long jump, discus, javelin, running and sportsmanship/effort.
